Exercises to be happy
Being happy doesn’t even mean going straight to the moment. It takes practice and continuous effort to get used to it.
One of the professors says some exercises to be happy.
The first step is to make a list of those you want to thank and thank them. Get into the habit of thanking the Lord when you wake up in the morning. Today is going to be a very good day if you start with a sense of gratitude.
Secondly, we need to make it a habit to sleep on time every night. Too much sleep will relieve us of stress.
Third-graders and adults at home should meditate for ten minutes after waking up in the morning. Meditation should not be the biggest work, it is the greatest meditation if we observe our breath. You can meditate by listening to your favorite song of the Lord.
Fourth is to spend more time with family and friends. Our favorite relationships and friends can talk to them heartily. Our financial crises and family problems can be solved by talking. For that we need to spend more time with family.
Fifthly spend more time with real relationships without spending too much on social websites. Spending some time wasting our time and life immersed in social networking sites can be a source of great joy when at other times doing things like helping family members and eating with them.
